ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since October 2017. We currently have four full-time team members and are excited to welcome a fifth. We believe in creating a positive and balanced workplace where people feel supported and appreciated.

We offer two office outings each year (summer and holiday), 8 paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO/sick time with some rollover options. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adam Garcia - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
