Principal financial analyst - central
Job Description
As a key member of our Infrastructure Central Finance team, this Principal position will streamline the financial planning, reporting and performance management of the organization's infrastructure portfolio. Working across functional owners, this role will consolidate financial data across major infrastructure projects and business units, ensuring accurate analysis and reporting that informs strategic decisions. The analyst provides financial insight into capital investments, project performance, and long-term infrastructure planning, supporting both finance and operational leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and eager to drive process improvement and automation.
Responsibilities

Lead the forecast planning and quarterly close process, consolidations and executive reporting

Perform trend analysis and develop a strong understanding of the various items on the P&L

Lead the standardization, automation and adoption of planning and reporting

Develop an understanding of critical performance drivers and their impact on the business

Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reporting

Drive annual budget and long-range planning process and liaison with multiple finance teams including corporate to have a holistic view of the process and drive efficiencies

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred skills & experience:

Bachelors degree and 8+ years finance experience; MBA Preferred

Knowledge of Cloud Technology and Infrastructure preferred, but not required

Strong finance acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent financial modeling and data analysis skills

Effective communication and superior presentation skills

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $84,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
