About the Role

As a Business Development Representative for MVP One, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. You willbe responsible forprospecting, qualifying, and nurturinginbound and outboundleads, developing strong relationships with potentialand currentclients, andultimately convertingthem into paying customers.MVP One will support you with best-of-breed technology and tools to help youbean MVP.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect andidentifyqualified leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, attending industry events)
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand potentialclientneeds and painpoints
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrationsshowcasingthe value proposition of MVP One
  • Buildtargeted liststhat align with our ICPusing data sources like ZoomInfo&LinkedIn
  • Executeoutbound activities using sequencingtools
  • Collaborate with the Salesand Customer Successteamstofind net new and up-sell opportunities
  • Develop andmaintaina strong understanding of theComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)& Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)market and competitivelandscape
  • Provide recommendations to leadershipto support continuous improvement of the BDR organization
  • Become a sales detective with excellent researchskills

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience inaSaaS-relatedbusiness developmentorsalesrole
  • Proventrack recordof exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Proficiencyin CRM& Sales Engagementsoftware (HubSpotpreferred)
  • Knowledge or experience withinthemanufacturingand/or MROindustryisaplus
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge with theteam
  • Displayqualities ofanMVPbyexhibitingoverachievement in academics, sports, orlife
