**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail and mall premises, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe for unusual conditions.
+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, trespassing, or other security-related concerns, according to site protocols.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and reporting unauthorized persons as needed.
+ Communicate and collaborate with property management, law enforcement and/or emergency services as required.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents and any security-related occurrences encountered during patrols.
+ Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and information to tenants, employees and/or visitors at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
