The salary range for this position is $250,000.00 - $310,000.00 (Annually)

Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity.

Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in South Elgin, in the western suburbs of Chicago.

As an NM Primary Care Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Highlights:

• Join a team of 4 established Internal Medicine Providers

• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible schedule

• Call responsibilities: Q10, shared and rotated

• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services

• Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support

• Access to a comprehensive network of NM Specialists and state-of-the-art facilities

• Hospital privileges at NM Delnor Hospital

• EPIC electronic health system

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution

• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
