Sr. Data Analyst - Intake and Business Analytics

Job Description

This role is focused on supporting the intake process and delivering analysis for a wide range of general data and analytics use cases across the business. The resource will partner closely with business teams to understand requests, assess feasibility, and support solutions including standalone warehouses, data modeling efforts, and one-off reporting needs. This is a senior-facing role that requires confidence, polish, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including partners and associates.

The position is similar to other Data Analyst roles within the organization but is more heavily focused on intake, triage, and front-end analytics support rather than deep delivery execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Support intake of data and analytics requests for general business use cases.

• Analyze a variety of requests, including requests for individual warehouses, data modeling support, and one-off reports.

• Partner with business teams to clarify requirements, scope requests, and determine appropriate analytical approaches.

• Support 3-4 ongoing use cases involving Snowflake and Power BI.

• Provide analytical support across a broad range of ad hoc and recurring requests.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Skills and Requirements

• Senior-level data analyst experience with strong intake and stakeholder-facing responsibilities.

• Experience supporting general data and analytics use cases across multiple business functions.

• Ability to analyze and support requests related to data modeling, standalone warehouses, and ad hoc reporting.

• Experience working with Snowflake and Power BI use cases.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with partners, associates, and business leaders.

• Polished, professional presence with the ability to manage and prioritize incoming requests.

Pluses / Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting a centralized intake or request management model for data and analytics teams.

• Strong ability to translate loosely defined business questions into actionable analytical work.

• Prior experience juggling multiple concurrent analytics requests in a fast-moving environment.
