Direct Hire / Full-TimeHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled CDL-A Truck Drivers to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated SOLO driving opportunity. This role requires dependable drivers who can safely manage touch freight operations, maintain delivery schedules, and operate efficiently across regional Midwest freight lanes while maintaining strong DOT compliance and customer service standards. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A sleeper trucks safely across dedicated Midwest regional routes
• Deliver dry freight while maintaining schedule consistency and operational efficiency
• Perform touch freight unloading using rollers at delivery locations
• Complete approximately 3 turns weekly with multi-stop deliveries
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain DOT compliance
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, mileage tracking, and transportation documentation
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route conditions, delays, and delivery updates
• Ensure freight security and maintain professional customer interaction standards
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and federal transportation regulations

Required Qualifications (Highly Important)

• Valid CDL-A license
• Proven tractor-trailer driving experience
• Ability to handle touch freight and unload dry freight with rollers
• Strong safety and DOT compliance history
• Comfortable operating sleeper cab equipment
• Ability to manage multi-stop regional routes
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and route management skills
• Stable and consistent employment history
• Must reside within required mileage radius of approved hiring locations
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)

• Dedicated or regional route driving experience
• Experience with touch freight delivery operations
• Familiarity with Midwest freight lanes and regional routes
• Clean driving and inspection history
• Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Jumpy or unstable employment history
• Poor driving or safety record
• No CDL-A license
• No touch freight or regional route experience
• DOT compliance concerns or serious violations
• Inability to manage unloading responsibilities
• Failure to meet hiring radius requirements

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,600
• Top Weekly Pay: $1,953
• Average Annualized Earnings: $83,200
• Top Annualized Earnings: $101,556
