Sales Support Specialist - Remote | WFH

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to help convert resident inquiries into scheduled tours at our senior living communities. This remote position is ideal for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships over the phone and digital communication, managing details efficiently, and guiding prospective residents through the decision-making process.

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility in scheduling to ensure the best support for our communities. The Sales Support Specialist will oversee a defined group of communities and report remotely to the Connection Center Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming phone and digital inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and increase inquiry-to-tour conversions.

Use a structured discovery process to gather insights about prospective residents.

Nurture and advance leads by building trust and maintaining ongoing communication.

Serve as a remote extension of the sales team, stepping in as needed when community-based Sales Directors are unavailable.

Coordinate with on-site teams to schedule tours and ensure a seamless experience for prospects and families.

Accurately enter, update, and manage lead information within the CRM system.

What We're Looking For:

At least one year of experience successfully using CRM systems in senior living, hospitality, or a related field.

Strong ability to influence and engage others through phone conversations.

Exceptional phone communication skills with a proven track record in phone sales.

A keen listener who can understand a prospect's spoken and unspoken needs.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation & Schedule:

Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 annually

Full-time position

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST (flexibility required)
