Production Operator

Acara Solutions is partnering with a leading client in Buffalo Grove, IL , and we're looking for motivated, detail-oriented candidates to join their growing team. If you're ready to build, test, and create high-quality products in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!

Pay: $18.38-$21.26/hour

Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd & 3rd shifts

Work Type: On-site, hands-on manufacturing

Here's what you'd do:

• Assembles, tests, and packages electronic and mechanical products according to prescribed quality and production standards and ISO procedures.
• Manufactures products using visual aids, written and verbal work instructions, and procedures.
• Moves parts and materials as needed to maintain an orderly material flow.
• Rotates between operations within a work cell as well as between departments.
• Prepares work cell or department records.
• Notifies appropriate personnel if process/method is out of compliance.
• Follows Directions and is open to change.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of electronic and mechanical assembly experience.
• Minimum 2 years of building experience.

• They can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, food service, working on cars).
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or combine all movement types as necessary by and during the job assignment.
• Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), electric and pneumatic power tools, in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
