Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced industrial setting. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical equipment, contributing to the overall success of a food manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, including mechanical and electrical issues.
• Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve operational problems.
• Conduct electrical maintenance tasks, including work with low voltage and 480v 3-phase power systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production delays.
• Maintain, service, and optimize packaging and processing equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (programming experience is a plus).
• Expertise in electrical systems, including low voltage and 480v 3-phase power.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Hourly rate: Up to $42/hr (commensurate with experience).
