Server Assistant
Chicago Brewhouse a high-energy, high-volume riverfront restaurant featuring Chicago street food, local craft beers, and classic cocktails in a lively, casual atmosphere with a large riverfront. We aim to provide exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for passionate and reliable server assistants to support our front-of-house operations, including bussing, food running, and barbacking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Clear and reset tables
- Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately
- Restock bar supplies, change kegs, assist with prep tasks, and maintain bar cleanliness
- Monitor guest needs and communicate with the team to elevate the guest experience
We’re Looking For:
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Experience in bussing, food running, or barbacking is required
- Evening and weekend availability required
