A leading digital streaming network seeks a Sales Assistant . The successful candidate will be working in administrative tasks for a sales operations team.
Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate calendar and travel details.
- Track and submit expense reports.
- Participate as a front desk receptionist, answering daily calls/inquiries made to the office.
- Design quarterly fact sheets of opportunities to send out to clients to promote sales growth.
- Manage and order office supplies, assuring the office is fully stocked.
- Assist with any miscellaneous projects the Chicago Sales office may need.
Sales Assistant Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience is required, preferably including 1–2 years in a marketing or sales environment.
- Batchelor’s degree is desired.
Entertainment/media is nice to have - Administrative skills.
- MS Office suite, such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Computer literate
- Capable of managing phone traffic and email triage.
- Advanced communication skills, may interface with staff at all levels.
Shift:
- 9 am to 6 pm.
