Job Description

This role requires a dedicated individual who understands, follows, and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices. The machine operator will operate food mixing, blending, and packaging machinery to support a food manufacturing facility. The role involves setting up and troubleshooting packaging machines and lines, diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and making adjustments, and observing machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate food mixing, blending, and packaging machinery.
• Set up and troubleshoot packaging machines and lines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.
• Regulate machine flow or speed.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

Essential Skills

• GMP experience.
• Ability to speak Spanish.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (if blending role).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
