Job Summary

We’re looking for a strategic, user-centric Product Manager . This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating intuitive, high-impact digital experiences that serve both customers and developers for our Portals, Online Marketplace and Developer Hub.

• You’ll own the product vision and roadmap for portals, online marketplace, and developer hub.
• Define and execute product strategies across multiple digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, UX, marketing, and support teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and behavioral data to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals and user needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout development.
• Document product specifications, policies, and business rules.
• Support internal teams with training, communications, and operational readiness.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and customer proposals.
• Lead or assist with strategic projects that elevate our market position.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data protection standards.
• Uphold and promote the company’s core values.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, And Training)

We’re looking for a driven, collaborative Product Manager with a passion & expertise in healthcare innovation and a knack for turning strategy into action. The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for an online marketplace, and/or developer-facing platform, user portals or dashboards with self -service capabilities.
• Familiarity with API ecosystems, developer tools, and technical documentation.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making, cost-benefit analysis, and financial business cases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for creating products that are both powerful and easy to use.
• Commitment to corporate work ethic standards and professional integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related 4+ years of relevant experience in healthcare management, marketing, or sales.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $115K to $130K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
