Responsible for providing customer assistance in scheduling appointments, entering appointments into outlook schedule answer phone and transfer calls to appropriate area. Also responsible for completing intake scheduling procedures for new clients, entering groups in Carelogic schedule and individual appointments into Carelogic Schedule. - Salary $15.00-$17.00/Hourly.

Essential Functions - Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for functions of the front office including but not limited to answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and filing.
- Provide assistance to clients who walk in with scheduling appointments and signing in for scheduled appointments.
- Ensure incoming correspondence is routed to the appropriate area and individual.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
- Additional Functions/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences of clients, coworkers, and community.
- Respond to all incoming correspondence and questions in a timely manner; including but not limited to inquires received via email, telephone, text message, and fax.
- Ensure reasonable measures are taken to protect confidential and/or sensitive information as well as ensuring the security of all LSSI systems is maintained.
- Responsible for completing all required training assignments as well as complying with the related organizational, administrative, and programmatic policies.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Position Qualifications - Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Professional Licensure/Certifications:
- Background check clearance required.
- Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience performing administrative duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, filing preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
