Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for financial systems? T his is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between IT and Finance, ensuring OneStream platform is optimized, secure, and driving real-time insights for the business.

If you have a year of experience in financial systems (or a background in accounting/audit with a love for automation) and want to dive deep into OneStream architecture, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

As our OneStream expert, you will be the "engine room" of our financial reporting environment. Your day-to-day will involve:

• System Governance: Managing role-based security and user provisioning to keep us SOX-compliant.

• Application Development: Designing metadata, workflows, and business rules. You’ll be the one building the calculations and transformation rules that make our data move.

• System Integration: Powering the connection between OneStream and external systems like our General Ledgers and Enablon.

• Reporting & Visualization: Building the "wow" factor by creating interactive dashboards, Cube Views, and reports that give leadership clear visibility into performance.

• Continuous Improvement: Partnering with Finance and IT to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and automate the "boring stuff" to streamline our month-end close.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: At least one year supporting financial systems, or a background in accounting/audit.

• Technical Literacy: You understand programming or scripting concepts (think SQL, Python, C#, or VB.NET ) and aren't afraid to use them to solve problems.

• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy "under the hood" troubleshooting and can learn complex new technologies quickly.

• Communication: You can speak "Accounting" and "IT" fluently, helping both teams collaborate effectively.
