About the Position
We are currently seeking a skilled CDL A Driver for regional delivery in Valmeyer, Illinois . This position offers a competitive pay rate of $31.50 per hour and involves heavy touch freight handling.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $31.50 per hour
- Days may vary - drivers should prepare for 1-2 layovers each week
- Driving 10-12 hours per day
- Start times between 5 PM and 10 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely and efficiently over regional routes - Coverage area is MO, IN, OH, KY
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- This position requires loading and unloading of food items
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience with at least 6 months of food delivery
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Valid CDL A license
