The salary range for this position is $430,000.00 - $530,000.00 (Annually)

Practice Highlights:

• Joining 3 board-certified Urologists and 3 advanced practice providers across 3 locations
• Nocturnal APP program provides on-site call support at Lake Forest Hospital from 2:30pm to 2:30am 7 days per week
