Position Overview

Join a fast-paced, high-performance team as a Warehouse Associate , where you’ll play a critical role in supporting machine operators and keeping operations running efficiently. Work in a modern, newly built facility equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators by supplying materials to equipment
• Maintain a sense of urgency while working safely in a fast-paced environment
• Minimize scrap waste and ensure proper sorting, tagging, and disposal
• Transport scrap materials when containers are full
• Perform light janitorial duties such as:
• Sweeping floors
• Removing trash
• Support overall production flow and maintain workplace cleanliness

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-speed packaging experience
• Ability to accurately read measuring tape and rulers
• Basic shop math skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Experience in packaging, labeling, and production environments
• Strong ability to work with urgency while maintaining quality and attention to detail
