Clubhouse Sports Lounge is Edwardsville’s go-to spot for live sports, scratch-made food, and craft cocktails in a lively, guest-first atmosphere. From NFL Sunday Ticket and weekend brunch to private parties and special events, we’re known for combining great food and drinks with the ultimate game-day experience. We’re looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our team and continue building Clubhouse as the premier sports bar and restaurant in the area.

What You’ll Do

As General Manager , you’ll oversee daily operations and drive the success of both the front and back of house. Responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and developing FOH and BOH staff to deliver excellent service

• Managing labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve financial goals

• Overseeing scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships

• Ensuring menu consistency, quality, and presentation standards are upheld

• Handling guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach

• Driving local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant restaurant environment

• Creating a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability

Who You Are

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (sports bar or high-volume dining preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven team-building success

• Highly organized with strong financial and operational management skills

• Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and creating a fun, lively atmosphere

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment (especially during big games and weekends)

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
