Central Illinois Internal Medicine O/P - 325K+ Base, 150K Loan, 50K Sign-On
One of the largest, most advanced & financially successful hospital systems in a beautiful riverfront community in Central Illinois is looking to add two Primary Care physicians to join their longstanding practice. This top-level group serves a 300,000-population region and boasts exceptional physician satisfaction and a high retention rate.
Practice Information
- No market competition
- Monday – Friday schedule (40 hours/week)
- Clinical services 36-hrs/week (office & procedures) and 4-hrs/week admin time
- Outpatient only, or you can join in the call if you so desire with the Hospitalist team
- Seeing 20-24 or more if you desire
- The need is due to pending retirements and growth
- 330-bed regional facility with all sub-specialties represented
- Open to 2023 and 2024 residents
- Looking to add 8 Primary Care docs to the system due to growth and retirement
Compensation & Benefits
- 325K+ base plus RVU bonus options
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $150,000 in student loan repayment
