What you’ll actually be doing

This is a hands-on role. You won’t just be directing; you’ll be right there working with your team.

• Leading shifts while working side by side with your team
• Helping customers and making sure they have a great experience
• Jumping in during busy times to keep things moving
• Assisting with daily paperwork and administrative tasks
• Supporting inventory, ordering, and store organization
• Training and coaching team members on the job
• Helping with scheduling to make sure shifts are covered
• Learning and supporting kitchen operations when needed

What we’re looking for

• Someone who stays organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• A team first attitude, willing to do the same work you ask others to do
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous leadership or retail experience is helpful, but if you’re ready to step up and grow, we’re open to that too.

A few things to know

• On your feet most of the shift
• Some lifting, up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, reaching, and moving around the store regularly
