Administrative Assistant
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events for team members
- Manage and update executives' calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Handle phone calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment and manage inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room reservations and necessary resources
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings and compile minutes as needed
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for team members
- Ensure travel plans align with company policies and budget constraints
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
