JELLER Wealth Management is an independent wealth advisory firm serving individuals, families, and business owners across the United States. We are seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant to support leadership and help maintain a structured, efficient, and relationship-focused office environment. This is a high-trust, in-office role ideal for a career administrative professional who values organization, consistency, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Manage client communication with professionalism and warmth
• Coordinate executive calendars and scheduling logistics
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards
• Support internal workflow and operational consistency
• Assist with client service follow-up and administrative coordination
• Help ensure office systems run smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
• Experience in administrative or executive support
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and discretion
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort maintaining structure and improving processes
• Preference for a stable, long-term administrative path
Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required.
About the Role
This position offers direct exposure to firm leadership and meaningful responsibility within a growing independent practice.
