Do you have your own car and are looking for a meaningful way to earn income through structured and reliable work? At PC10 Solutions , we’re looking for responsible, punctual, and committed individuals to transport students safely to and from school.

You’ll work as an independent contractor , using your personal vehicle to complete fixed school routes. This is a great opportunity if you value routine, want to avoid weekend or holiday work, and are looking to make a positive impact in your community.

What We Offer:

• Work from Monday to Friday , during school hours (approx. 7–9 AM and 2–4 PM).
• Weekends, holidays, and school breaks off .
• Use your own vehicle (no more than 15 years old, 4-door).
• Weekly payments based on completed trips.
• After 15 miles of travel , there is an additional $1 charge per mile .
• Step-by-step support to obtain your School Bus Permit (SBP) .
• Referral bonus program.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport 1 to 3 assigned students from home to school and back.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules with punctuality and care.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward students.
• Use a mobile driver app daily for reporting and updates.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older with at least 3 years of valid U.S. driver’s license experience .
• Own a vehicle in good condition (4-door, no more than 15 years old) with up-to-date registration, insurance, and inspection.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, TB test, and medical exam.
• Have or be willing to obtain a School Bus Permit (SBP) — we’ll guide you through the process!
• Own a smartphone with mobile data.
• Be available Monday through Friday at the required hours (this is not a flexible schedule).

Service Area:

• Routes are assigned based on your location when possible.
