Job Summary
Join our team as a Receiving Clerk , helping ensure all materials are received accurately and flow smoothly through the facility. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in the manufacturing indusrty, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Data entry using Microsoft Excel.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Label, organize, and store inventory per company procedures.
• Maintain accurate ERP/WMS and Excel records.
• Coordinate material flow between receiving, warehouse, and production.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and safety standards.
• Communicate with procurement, production, and quality teams.
• Report damaged or non-conforming materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience of data entry within a manufacturing company
• Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry
• Strong math, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
