The Production Associate will be responsible for operating machinery to perform secondary functions within the fabrication department. This role involves basic tasks such as loading parts, running machines, offloading parts, and checking quality. Occasionally, there may be basic assembly tasks, although most assembly occurs in the production department.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to perform secondary functions in the fabrication department.
• Conduct grinding, polishing, drilling holes, deburring, measuring, and basic assembly tasks.
• Load material, run parts, and ensure quality checks.

Essential Skills

• 6 months of machine operating/production experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, although most products are lightweight.
• Proficiency in measuring and general machine operation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.83 - $19.83/hr.
