Position Overview

We are building a strong, disciplined bar team at kozy restaurant & bar.
Our bar is a key part of the guest experience, and we are seeking both a lead bartender and bartender who are committed to consistency, professionalism, and growth

Responsibilities

• Lead bar operations during service

• Develop and maintain cocktail standards and recipes

• Ensure consistency in drink execution and presentation

• Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks

• Maintain beverage cost control and inventory organization

• Oversee bar cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Collaborate with Chef/Owner on seasonal beverage development

• Deliver polished, energetic, and guest-focused service

• Maintain strong communication with FOH and BOH leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Lead Bartender or strong bartender in upscale or chef-driven environment

• Strong understanding of classic cocktails and modern techniques

• Ability to create balanced, thoughtful cocktails

• Experience training staff and maintaining standards

• Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits

• Ability to remain calm and organized in high-volume service

• Leadership mindset and strong accountability

Compensation
