Job Title: Digital Merchandising Specialist (eCommerce)

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Specialist to support eCommerce operations by managing product content, ensuring brand consistency, and optimizing the online customer experience. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external brand partners to maintain accurate and engaging product listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with category managers and brand teams to gather and manage product content (copy, images, videos, attributes, and technical specifications)

• Ensure products are properly categorized according to current taxonomy standards

• Maintain and apply content style guidelines for consistency across the website

• Optimize product content using SEO best practices , including meta descriptions and keywords

• Utilize eCommerce platforms (including Mirakl) to create, update, and manage product listings

• Identify and resolve customer-facing issues related to product content on the website

• Build strong cross-functional relationships to support product launches and updates

• Ensure adherence to product launch timelines and go-live schedules

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 1–3 years of eCommerce or digital merchandising experience preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

• Experience with web platforms or data/content management systems preferred

• Familiarity with Mirakl platform is a plus
