Job Overview

This role supports brand, business, and communication objectives through event development and execution for retail locations. It leads event management, customer experience enhancement, and team training to deliver consistent service standards. The role differentiates by integrating social media engagement and community outreach to build brand visibility and local relationships. Success is measured by event outcomes, customer satisfaction, team performance, and alignment with strategic goals. The work impacts organizational presence and customer engagement by fostering energized environments and strong community connections.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and execute retail events from planning through post-event evaluation to achieve defined event metrics and strategic alignment
  • Lead and coach employees to deliver consistent customer service and meet showroom performance standards
  • Develop and maintain social media content and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Conduct community outreach to build local relationships and identify opportunities that support brand awareness and community needs
  • Oversee partner retail events, providing onsite management, logistics, and training to drive store traffic and customer excitement
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience :

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years - 3 Years Retail Management experience in high volume environment

Base Pay Range: $26.11 - $47.10

Corporate Bonus Target: 5%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
