We are searching for a dynamic Executive Chef who thrives on creativity, leadership, and delivering unforgettable dining experiences. This role leads culinary operations across restaurant dining, banquet events, and café outlets while building a strong, motivated culinary team.

What You'll Do
- Lead all culinary operations across restaurant, banquet, and café outlets
- Create innovative and seasonal menus that drive guest excitement and repeat business
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage food cost, inventory, and labor to ensure strong financial performance
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards
- Partner with leadership teams to support events, programming, and revenue initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
- Strong background in restaurant and banquet culinary operations
- Passion for menu development and culinary creativity
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Expertise in food cost management and kitchen operations
- Food safety certification required
