Product Manager (Itasca)

Plus500 is looking for a full-time Product Manager, Trading Platform to join the Itasca, IL office.

Plus500 is a global multi-asset fintech group operating technology-based trading platforms. Plus500 offers customers a range of trading products, including Over-The-Counter (OTC) and share dealing, as well as futures and options on futures in the US.

The Position: Product Manager, Trading Platform

Plus500(US) looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our web-based trading and client platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technology, and financial markets, and plays a key part in shaping how traders and partners interact with Plus500US products.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to define product requirements, drive execution, and deliver scalable solutions across our ecosystem. Our web platform supports multiple offerings, including futures, options on futures, and prediction markets, and connects to a broader infrastructure of trading platforms, market access order routing, and APIs used by both retail traders and business partners.

You’ll play a key role in building new products from the ground up in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for trading and user experience, who enjoys transforming complex financial workflows into intuitive, reliable, and powerful web products.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience working with trading platforms
• Proven experience delivering web-based products or platforms
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading workflows
• Ability to translate product strategy into clear product specifications
• A proactive multi-tasker and collaborative team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high standards of servicing internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field - Advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of web-based trading experiences for futures and options.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable fintech products.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user experiences for traders and partners.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support integration of market access technologies, including order routing and APIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop solutions for IBs, fintech partners, and institutional clients.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and usability.
• Stay up to date with trends in trading technology, fintech platforms, and derivatives markets.
