What You’ll Do

As a Bartender , you’ll be at the center of the action—serving drinks, creating memorable guest interactions, and helping keep the energy high. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately

• Greeting guests with a smile and providing attentive, personable service

• Recommending menu items, upselling cocktails, and highlighting specials

• Keeping the bar area stocked, clean, and organized throughout your shift

• Monitoring alcohol consumption and following responsible service practices

• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

• Supporting servers, barbacks, and management to keep service smooth during busy events and game days

Who You Are

• Prior bartending experience preferred, but we’ll train the right outgoing personality

• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment

• Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction

• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails—or willingness to learn quickly

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
