Campus Recruiter

Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Campus Recruiter. Position Overview: Our client is seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Campus Recruiter to lead university recruiting efforts and help attract top emerging talent. This individual will serve as a key ambassador for the organization, building strong relationships with colleges and universities, engaging students, and developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with students, faculty, career services professionals, and campus organizations
• Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other recruiting initiatives
• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies to attract top early-career talent
• Coordinate and host recruiting events, presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify hiring needs and support workforce planning efforts
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry-level and early-career positions
• Serve as a brand ambassador and drive awareness of career opportunities across assigned campuses
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate records within talent acquisition systems

• Travel up to 50% to support campus recruiting events and relationship-building activities
• Frequent visits to colleges and universities throughout the recruiting season
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Flexibility to attend evening events and occasional weekend programs
• Ability to work a dynamic schedule during peak recruiting periods
• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, university relations, or campus recruiting experience
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly

• Experience developing and executing campus recruiting programs
• Background supporting high-volume hiring initiatives
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and cultivate long-term candidate relationships
