Role snapshot

Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 PM–12:30 AM) | Pay: $24–$30/hour

Join a production team that values uptime, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll help keep operations smooth by owning your setups, verifying tooling and materials, and collaborating closely with Quality and your Supervisor.

What you’ll do

• Record time and job data in ERP software
• Read work orders, flow sheets, and part drawings to determine requirements
• Use manual gauges to verify blueprint dimensions
• Load and verify tools/fixtures; fabricate basic fixtures as needed
• Pull material from staging and verify per WOPAC
• Set up and operate 3-axis mills and perform basic 2-axis lathe operations
• Upload/download CNC programs between programmer and machine
• Align vices and accurately locate fixture centers
• Submit first article and final inspections to Quality Assurance
• Run production and perform in-process inspections
• Maintain 5S organization and cleanliness
• Complete daily and monthly preventive maintenance tasks
• Communicate with the Supervisor to ensure successful job completion
• Support safety and quality system requirements; perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic ERP proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, blueprint reading, use of manual inspection gauges, and editing/writing CNC programs
• Strong math skills; trigonometry preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods

Pay transparency

Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour. Actual pay depends on job scope, responsibilities, prior experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal equity, and market/business factors. If work is authorized outside the posted location, a city/state-specific geographic pay adjustment may be applied.
