What You'll Do:

Deliver an exceptional experience for new and returning Verizon customers

Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and care

Stay up to date on promotions, devices, and wireless plans

Consistently meet and exceed sales goals (with the commission to prove it)

Support store operations and collaborate with your team

Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and referrals

What You Bring:

1+ year of retail sales experience (wireless preferred)

*
Fluent in English and Spanish – a must!

Strong communication and people skills

Sales-focused mindset and a drive to win

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Willingness to travel to nearby store locations when needed

Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
