Overview: 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers to be based in Calumet City, IL. Candidates may include recent CDL school graduates and drivers with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. • Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations before independent assignments.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Transport primarily no-touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop-and-hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining on-time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and complete required trip reporting.
• Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections and adhere to company maintenance procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow company safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications and eligibility:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Open to recent CDL graduates who meet the training eligibility requirements and to drivers with limited professional experience.
• Must meet DOT medical and safety requirements.
