The quick facts

• $18 to $22 per hour to start, $28.50 per hour at 90-days based on performance
• $500 signing bonus at Day 30

What makes this role different

CCC’s 80-hour paid SHIFT training program transitions skilled tradespeople into licensed pest control professionals. Four hours of Zoom training per day plus four hours of real field work, on a schedule that works for you. Illinois IDPH and IDNR licensing exam prep is built in. CCC advances all exam fees and reimburses them in full upon passing. You must obtain all required licenses within 90 days.
What we are looking for

• Hands-on construction, carpentry, roofing, trades, or handyman experience. Required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. Required.
• Clean background check and motor vehicle record. Required.
• Able to conduct written property assessments and document all work with photos
• Works confidently independently and in team settings
• Takes company pride seriously. Your work represents CCC and Chicago.
• Pest or wildlife experience is a plus. We train on that.
