Now Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor – Pub & Eatery
Are you a hands-on team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? Our established Pub & Eatery is looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor to support daily operations, lead shifts, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
About the Role
The Supervisor plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, and leading the front- and back-of-house teams during shifts. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, stays organized under pressure, and is passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily pub & kitchen operations during assigned shifts
- Supervise staff, ensuring strong performance and great guest service
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
- Help train and onboard new team members
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food standards
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in real time
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality leadership experience (Supervisor or Lead role)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
