Construction Project Manager
Location: Minooka, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $52
Position Overview
This position is for Project Manager responsible for overseeing construction-related work. The role involves planning and aligning projects, managing risk, tracking invoices, coordinating and leading meetings, and collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience
- Prior construction project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience using Excel and Smartsheets
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and implement projects of varying complexity and size
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
- Lead multiple projects from inception to completion
- Facilitate project planning sessions to determine scope and objectives
- Establish project performance goals with stakeholders
- Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track performance
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues
- Monitor and communicate project status to project team
- Plan and monitor project budget
- Conduct research and analysis
- Provide input into project plan and timeline development
- Manage project risk and identify solutions
- Document and share team learnings
- Maintain project notes, databases, and records
- Communicate with Project Sponsor and stakeholders on project status
- Identify and assign resources for project tasks
- Guide and coach team members through project stages
- Provide developmental feedback to team members
