Workday Financials Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based) | Occasional company-funded team meetups (twice per year)
Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually, plus benefits

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, configure Workday Financials modules, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a collaborative, fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing financial workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement within Workday Financials.

• Configure and maintain key Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

• Develop, test, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to meet business needs.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with financial and operational standards.

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to align system capabilities with organizational objectives.

• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting, financial systems analysis, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and support.

• Strong understanding of core financial processes and reporting requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications in relevant Financials modules.

• Experience with calculated fields, advanced reporting, and integrations.

• Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Hyperion or Essbase.
