Service Technician I
Job Responsibilities:
- This person will configure, test, and ship sophisticated telecommunication equipment.
- Need to have experience setting up and configuring Windows computers, servers and networking devices .
- Moderate Windows/Google Computer skills and ability to read/enter data as required.
- Ability to read build and configuration documentation.
- Staging and Configuring Servers / Switches / Firewalls
- Programming and Debugging Scripts to enable Staging Operations is a huge plus if an FT position becomes available.
- Communicating and working cohesively with the Development Organization
- Debugging Issues related to Sales Order and helping rectify them
Skills:
- Hardware, Network, Technician
Education/Experience:
- someone with a Minimum of 1 - 3 years - but will look at someone with less experience with a technical degree/certification
