ICU RN Job Details – Gallatin, TN

• Location: Gallatin, TN 37066 (Greater Nashville area)
• Healthcare Setting: Level III Trauma Center, 167-bed hospital
• Position Type: Locum tenens / Travel Registered Nurse
• Start Date: August 13, 2025
• End Date: November 12, 2025
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)
• Weekend/Call: Every other weekend / As needed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1750–$1800 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Tennessee
• At least 1 year of recent ICU and CCU nursing experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIHSS (prior to start)
• Ability to float to other hospital units as needed
• Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented, professional attitude
• Must pass Tennessee Abuse Registry check before assignment

ICU RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU and CCU patients of all ages
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Meditech EHR
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and deliver advanced life support as needed
• Float to additional units and provide clinical support as required
• Maintain professional appearance (scrub color: any; attire must be professional and non-offensive)
