Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Event Designer for a top-tier creative events and experiential design client. This individual will act as a creative and sales leader, owning the design vision for large-scale events while building and maintaining high-value client relationships. The role partners closely with Event Producers to ensure each event is executed seamlessly from concept through delivery, balancing bold creativity with operational feasibility. This is a highly client-facing opportunity for a proven event design professional who thrives in sales-driven environments and enjoys leading complex, high-impact experiences from idea to execution.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience in event production, design, or décor industry

Proven ability to lead complex, high-budget event designs Demonstrated sales success with large-scale or strategic accounts

Strong client-facing and relationship management experience Ability to develop and present creative concepts and proposals

Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience collaborating closely with production and creative services teams

Background in event décor, experiential marketing, or large-scale branded events
