Precision Resource seeks Machine Operators to join our well-established Vernon Hills operation! You may either bring your machining experience OR be trained by our experts to operate and set up our mechanical and/or hydraulic fineblanking presses. We're a solid, privately held, profitable organization that specializes in manufacturing challenging and intricate safety-critical parts. Our high-volume parts manufacturing for global automotive, aerospace, hardware and other industries provides opportunities for innovation. • 4-day work week, Mon-Thur. THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT, 10-HR (4:30pm-3am) MON-THUR JOB.

• $17-$21 hiring range depending on whether experience and skills are basic or more advanced.

Qualification:

• One year of any mechanical related experience, ideally in manufacturing and with machines but not required, plus very hands-on mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using basic measuring tools (e.g., micrometer and caliper).
• Good with simple math.
• Ability to apply basic computer skills to pull up and enter production job information.
• Absolutely reliable attendance, good energy, and desire to achieve excellent productivity.
