Client Service Representative
Our client, a leading marketing communication company, is currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team in the northwestern suburbs. This organization is looking to expand its team as they are seeing rapid growth.
Client Services Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and emails from customers
- Order processing
- Inventory maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Issue resolution
Client Services Representative Requirements:
- Client servicing or office experience preferred
- Previous experience meeting deadlines
- Ability to adapt and multitask
- High level of customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and computer savvy
- Detail oriented
Logistics
- Compensation: $18/hr
