Requirements
- Home Health experience - [REQUIRED]
- Valid drivers license and car insurance - [REQUIRED]
- Will consider someone with strong Med Surg experience with some Home Health experience
- COVID and FLU vaccination required - DECLINATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the profile**
- OASIS and start of care experience - [strongly preferred]
- BLS- [Required]
