CNC Operator – Join Our Team!

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC machines, mills, and robots to produce high-quality parts.
• Perform tool and insert changes, offsets, and adjustments.
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet exact specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and keep your work area spotless.
• Handle basic CNC maintenance and collaborate with supervisors and programmers to solve challenges.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on CNC experience (changing inserts, touching off tools, making offsets).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with horizontal lathe or mill setup.
• Skilled with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Experience with Okuma , Nakamura , Fanuc Robodrills , and robots like Universal and Fanuc .
• Independent, detail-oriented, and efficient.

We’re a family-owned manufacturer specializing in faucets for schools and hospitals. Our facility is large, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll work primarily with brass and learn finishing techniques for different product lines. Cleanliness and precision are part of our culture—end-of-shift cleanup is standard.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
