We're Hiring: Front (IHG Experience Required)
Location: Holiday Inn Express Bensenville – 811 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106
Salary Range: $20-22 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with Park, Sleep & Fly packages offered at the hotel
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operation

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working at an IHG property (REQUIRED) or strong Customer service experience
  • IT background would be welcome as well
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with IHG systems (e.g., Hotel Key)
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Team Player
