Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time, contract opportunity offers you the chance to work closely with students in a collaborative and nurturing educational setting near Aurora, IL. Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations, preferred
- Strong skills in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Understanding of IEP processes and ability to participate in meetings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Flexibility and creativity in adapting interventions for varying student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized plans
- Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations for eligible students
- Develop clear, measurable goals and treatment strategies in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress, assessments, and session notes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to support student achievement
- Offer consultations and recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive devices
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and staff to foster an inclusive learning environment

Compensation for this position ranges from $34.46 to $64.46. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
