Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations, preferred
• Strong skills in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Understanding of IEP processes and ability to participate in meetings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Flexibility and creativity in adapting interventions for varying student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized plans
• Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations for eligible students
• Develop clear, measurable goals and treatment strategies in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress, assessments, and session notes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to support student achievement
• Offer consultations and recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive devices
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
